  1. Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
    Yes. We ship our merchandise worldwide using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders can take up to 6 to 14 business days to deliver by air. (Note: See our list of countries we ship to). Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
  2. Does Star Life offer a size chart?
    Yes. A size chart can be found by clicking the size chart icon on the product information page.
  3. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
    Shipping your order is very important to us. Once the order has been placed, it will normally take about 1- 2 business days if the item is in stock. Delivery could take 3-5 business days (Domestic) and 6 to 14 business days (International) depending on the shipping method chosen when ordering.
  4. How can I track my order?
    Each order can be tracked via www.ups.com or www.usps.com using the tracking information which will be sent by email once an order has been placed along with a receipt.
  5. What should I do if my order never arrived?
    Please email/call customer care for assistance to rectify the situation. As it’s our goal to ensure that our loyal customers receive the best purchasing experience possible.

  7. What should I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
    Please contact customer care immediately upon receipt of shipment. Star Life will require the item to be sent back to us unwashed and undamaged for a refund or exchange within the permitted time.
  8. When will refunds appear on my account?
    All refunds will appear on the original credit/debit card within 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
  9. Merchandise Availability?
    Star Life products are subject to availability when purchased online. Star Life reserves the right to limit the quantity of merchandise we have for sale. If for any reason we are unable fulfill your order we will contact you to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
  10. Forms of payment accepted?
    Star Life accepts the following forms of payment- Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Star Life does not charge your debit/credit card until your order is shipped with tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN:
In order to receive a refund on all unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise Star Life must receive the merchandise 14 days from the date the merchandise was received by the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, postage/tax is non refundable and return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

RULES:
Customer care must be contacted in order to gain the return shipping address at customercare@starlifeco.com or 1-866-390-8836. Reasons for returning the merchandise along with customer return address. Ensure merchandise is packed securely and full customer information is available: name, address, order number and reason for return. All returns must be shipped prepaid from a certified carrier such as UPS, FEDEX and USPS etc.

EXCHANGES:
All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. When contacting customer care for an exchange please specify the reason along with the new item requirements such as the new color or size requirements. Items must be in new condition to be accepted as a return. For any other concerns regarding refunds and exchanges please contact customer care for a full explanation.
